We dispatch orders on the same day if received before [14:00]. Courier delivery in Moscow and St Petersburg is the following day; other regions take at least two days via CDEK, Russian Post and [Yandex Delivery]. Delivery is free on orders over RUB [5,000].

How do we preserve peptide quality during delivery?
Peptides are temperature-sensitive, so every order is packed in an [insulated container with cold packs]. Freeze-dried preparations are stable in transit; for products requiring refrigeration, we [use express delivery only / add extra cold packs in summer]. Packaging is plain, with no product names on the outside.
Free peptide delivery
Orders over RUB [5,000] qualify for free courier delivery in Moscow and St Petersburg, or free delivery to a CDEK pickup point elsewhere in Russia.
Payment methods
Pay online by bank card. We accept MIR cards and [Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Russian banks]. Payments are processed on a secure [Alfa-Bank] page. We never see or store your card details.
Through SBP. Scan the QR code in your banking app to pay without a fee.
On delivery. Pay the courier by card or cash in Moscow and St Petersburg, or pay on collection at a CDEK pickup point.
By invoice for business customers. For laboratories and businesses, we issue invoices with or without VAT and provide the supporting accounting documents.
After payment, you will receive an electronic receipt by email or phone in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
