How data is processed on this version of the website.
Your cart and saved articles
Your selected products, quantities and saved items are stored locally in your browser. Your name, contact details and comments are not stored there. You can clear this local information in your browser's website data settings.
Submitting an enquiry
After you give consent and submit the form, the website saves your enquiry: your name, phone number, email if provided, selected products and comment. A manager can view it in the secure admin area. If notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to the manager by Telegram or email. A notification failure does not delete the saved enquiry.
Telegram is a separate service with its own data processing terms. Do not share medical information or payment card details. This website does not process payments.
Technical information
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics services. The hosting provider may process technical access logs. To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily records the network address and number of attempts; form contents are not stored in these counters.
Managing submitted information
You can request correction or deletion of information through our project contacts or the manager who handled your enquiry. Clearing your browser cart does not delete a submitted enquiry or copies held in notification channels.
Comments and newsletters
Product comments are saved for moderation. Once approved, the author's name, comment and date appear on the page; their email is never published. Newsletter consent is requested separately and is not selected by default.
