Terms of product use

1. Intended use
All products offered on peptides-lab.ru and seqvora.com (SEQVORA Labs, the “Products”) are intended solely for scientific research and laboratory use, including in vitro studies. The Products are not medicines, dietary supplements, food, cosmetic or veterinary products and have not been registered as such.
2. Prohibited use
Introducing the Products into the human or animal body by any route is prohibited, including injection, oral intake, application to skin or mucous membranes and inhalation. The Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, relieve or prevent any disease.
3. Buyer requirements
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that:
they are at least 18 years old;
they are a specialist or represent an organisation engaged in scientific research;
they purchase the Products solely for research purposes and have the knowledge and facilities to handle them safely;
they have read and accept these terms.
4. Information on the website
Product descriptions, articles and links to scientific publications are provided for information and education only. They are not medical advice, instructions for use or an invitation to use the Products in humans or animals. Mentioning research results does not mean that the Products are safe or effective for any use.
5. Buyer responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of the Products and for complying with the laws that apply to them. The seller is not liable for harm or losses resulting from use of the Products contrary to their intended purpose or these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. No resale or relabelling
Reselling the Products for use in humans or animals is prohibited, as is labelling, advertising or presenting them as medicines, dietary supplements, food or cosmetic products.
7. Right to refuse a sale
The seller may refuse or cancel an order if there is reason to believe the Products will be used for non-research purposes.
8. Acceptance
Confirming these terms when placing an order means the buyer accepts them. These terms do not limit any buyer rights that cannot be limited by law.
